The deck starts by casting efficiently-costed creatures with strong secondary abilities including Sanguine Evangelist (1/1 tokens), Preacher of the Schism (1/1 tokens, card draw), Vanguard of the Rose (Indestructible), Echo of Dust (+1/+1, lifelink), and Bartolome (sacrifice outlet, +1/+1 counters)
You can obtain the Burmy (1-Diamond rarity) card by opening Space-Time Smackdown: Dialga and Space-Time Smackdown: Palkia from Space-Time Smackdown set
Additionally, the tribe uniquely has access to not one, but two cards that allow a player to break the singleton rule of commander, as a deck can contain any number of copies of Rat Colony and Relentless Rats respectively, allowing for very consistent builds
It just doesnt make much sense, and functions more as a prank rather than the real interaction in the game
Only one of each card forces you to play cards you might not otherwise because theyre too expensive or clunky
