You do really want to reliably have something huge to cast with this because getting a free 6 mana creature or something isn't that big of a deal, especially when chapter 2 is meh and chapter 3 will cause your target to instantly eat removal

Legendary cascade is already a strong enough selling point to want to build around this, but why did it also need to give such a massive buff to your legends

I think its maybe a better pick for the 99 than as your commander, but its not a terrible choice if you just want to ensure your lifegain deck has some extra draw
