Each The Brothers War Set Booster contains 12 Magic cards, 1 Art Card, and 1 token/ad card or card from The List (a special card from Magics history), with a combination of 15 card(s) of rarity Rare or higher and 37 Uncommon, 36 Common, and 1 Land cards.

Individual booster packs were never sold at retail for this expansion

Its popular because its still exciting to pull an unassuming Litwick if the art is nice enough and the card seems fun to throw into a deck and if you can sell an almost-30, heavily jaded arse like me on anything less than a golden secret rare, imagine how that kid trick or treating is going to feel.

The only time I have seen this card using more than one instance of the Mana Leak mode they are all targetting the same spell
