It has evasion so it's going to be an amazing attacker and I expect for it to be a great card in this deck

Although the Pokon card is considered useless in battle due to its weak attack and low health, the card is highly prized among Pokmon fans as a collectible item

In general I also find shinies overrated - perhaps this should go into the unpopular opinions thread - so sets like Hidden/Shining Fates, Call of Legends, secret rare reverse holos in DPP and Shining Legends arent really that interesting for me
