As more and more cards have been released into the game, the rare slot has been filled to the brim with all sorts of powerful cards, leading some to top the charts when it comes to price
Agro decks are particularly vulnerable to this and can often lose to one lame card like a Moat or something
If you do manage to get Can't Quite Recall into your game, make sure to put it back in your sideboard before the next game
