The Smillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Petit Manseng grape varieties blend beautifully on a clay limestone and sandy clay terroir. After hand harvesting, the wine is aged on its fine lees for 14 months in stainless steel tanks, bringing finesse and complexity to its texture.
