Harvested in early September, the controlled vinification process, followed by aging on lees in tanks, ensures a vibrant freshness. Regular stirring of the lees brings out complex aromas, further enhanced by the addition of bubbles before bottling. The result is a joyful and delicious wine, perfect for sharing.
