Goes well with: Meat (veal, lamb, rabbit, beef, pork, game, chicken, pheasant), fish and vegetables (eggplant, courgettes, pumpkin, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, potatoes), cheese (Parmesan), nuts and apricots. But also with apples, citrus fruits, red wine (dark sauce) and chocolate. Combines well with: savory, garlic, mint, thyme, marjoram, oregano, sage,
