Early American Canvasback Drake Decoy welding out of ChicagoAntique hand carved wooden hunting decoy. This decoy depicts a male canvasback, a large species of diving duck. Though the artist is unknown, their skill and attention to detail are on display here. Featuring accurate colors and patterns, this is a great early example of what decoys could be.
