Antique Victorian Meyle And Mayer Plique A Jour Paste Dragonfly Brooch Pendant Locket MARKS: “Silver Gilt – 900”Beautifully preserved from the late 19th Century, this fabulous antique Art Nouveau dragonfly clip brooch was made by the renowned jewellers Meyle & Mayer and features a line of glistening white paste stones down the body and tail, with pink paste eyes at the head. Exceptional aqua blue plique jour enamelling has also been skilfully applied to the wings and are cleverly designed to flap up and down to open and close the four prong clip underneath.
