Nine Trees (canvas wrap) birch 30"H x 24"WThe original Nine Trees was inspired by seeing the super moon illuminating the trees against the night sky. Acrylic washes were used for the background of the sky and the moon. The ground was textured heavily on the original with trowelled plaster before many layers of acrylic paints were applied.
