Raphaelle Guyot La Valse Sauvignon, 2023 Biscuits this is a wine that100% Sauvignon from Saint Bris, 10 months in barriques. Raphalle Guyot learned winemaking by Cyril Fhal (amongst others) and it shows. Very reductive at first, this wine started to open itself after 30 minutes or so. The nose is fresh, with notes of Meyer lemons and citrus. The wine is energetic, tense and massive without lacking any delicacy. It reveals citrus, saline and also white flowers, with the texture of the barriques. The final is persistent,
