Antique Edwardian Suffragette Drop Earrings 9ct Gold Paste Circa 1910A fabulous pair of Suffragette drop earrings from the early 1900s featuring two bright, cultured pearl drops suspended from long chains with an additional pearl in the centre and a shamrock shaped top bezel set with two peridots and an amethyst (approx. 0. 50ct each). Jewellery displaying the colours green, violet and white were often worn in support of the Womens Social and Political Union (WSPU) which was at the forefront of the UK suffrage movement
