The aluminum reel seat up locking ring is stamped "Halstead". Walnut spacer. Very powerful rod with a medium fast action. The rod comes with two different tips, a light and a heavy tip. The rod weighs 3. 85 oz with the light tip and 3. 94 oz. with the heavy tip. The ferrule size on both tips is 15 64. Restored by Hoagy Carmichael in 1980.
