We hand harvested the Chardonnay into small bins at night and rushed them to our winery

and kept half full of whiskies since 1998

Hangar 1 Mandarin Vodka - 750ml Mi Campo our silver tequilaWe fell in love with the aroma of Californias mandarin orange trees, but when we tried distilling the fruit, the acids in the juice wouldnt cooperate. After plenty of late nights tinkering around in our hangar, we decided: lets try the flowers instead! Since we only pick at the height of bloom, were constantly battling time and the elements. The result is more than worth it a beautiful, aromatic vodka that is bright, clean and packed with citrus.
