Jim Hidy Bamboo Fly Rod 8'6" 3/3 #5/6 8'10" Near mint condition with aA nice Jim Hidy bamboo fly rod, 86, 3 piece, 3 tip, and built for a #5 or #6 line. Hollow built construction. Serial #W25963H 3. The rod weighs 4. 9 ounces on my scale. The current owner tells me that the additional third tip was made for use with a slightly heavier #7 line. Used condition, with some grip soiling, and a scratch and micro chip low down on one tip. No ferrule wrap cracks yet. The cane is blond and done with a three up node pattern. Nice
