Perfect for a classic Gin & Tonic or Italian Negroni. The grain spirit is infused with the main botanicals before a double distillation of the spirit in a pot still, which usually takes just under a week to complete this distillation. The idea for this gin came from Federico Ricatto, the artisan producer with whom the Jerry Thomas Project work.
