It can be roasted in the oven or on a covered BBQ, or grilled with direct heat and served medium rare. We source whole lambs from ethical producers in NSW and Victoria, primarily from Gippsland, a fertile, hilly region. Our lamb is grass fed and finished, with each cut clearly labeled with the producer's name and breed.
