Monin Blue Curacao Syrup 700mL Reposado Deep brooding nose of plumA rather striking citrus based syrup from French producers, Monin, suitable for use in non alcoholic drinks which need an enjoyably bitter boost of yummy, orange y notes. This is made using dried laraha peels and coloured a dazzling shade of blue. The laraha is like an orange, but green, quite bitter and grown on the island of Curaao (hence the name).
