This wonderful piece is fairly large in size and made of sterling silver. Both sides of the heart are smooth with the front adorning a raised, Roman key motif. The design runs diagonally across the face and has a interesting, textured surface. A simple ring rests at the top of the heart allowing it to be hung from a chain.
