Lake Chalice 'The Falcon' Marlborough Pinot Gris Liqueurs 40% Pinot NoirThe entire fruit for this wine was harvested from the clay rich soils of Marlboroughs southern valleys. All grapes were crushed and pressed immediately after harvest before undergoing cool fermentation. Components of French oak fermentation delivers a further complexity and texture. Fresh orchard apples and pears show in the nose with a warm orange note and soft lemon blossom finished against a balanced acidity.
