These handpicked grapes were delicately vinified before spending 14 months in French oak barrels. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its purity of flavour. A subtle floral nose of jasmine and lilac. On the palate, sweet red & dark fruits complimented by a spicy oak finish with smooth, silky tannins.
