161mm Damascus Wa Santoku 9") nakiri with a colonial161 x 51mm (6. 3 x 2") santoku with a curly maple handle. Snakewood accent. 1084 15N20 carbon steel damascus blade. Super fancy santoku, the steel is some of the cooler random damascus I've made. Made from varying thicknesses of each steel, there are thicker and thinner bands of dark and light steel creating such a cool "oil on water" effect. Workhorse light grind, definitely an every day knife.
