this is a tough one to find folks

This one had an odd crack extending into the middle of the skillet so our craftsman cut a more irregularly shaped spatula

If you are looking for a cool piece of culinary history, this is it. It does not sit flat and moves when prompted. The #4 skillets in any situation are some of the most valued because not as many were made and put into circulation as the other larger ones. Look at the swirls from the original finish work that was hand made!
