There were seven variations made of this #12 style gem pan by Griswold and this one, Variation 7 is one of the most difficult to find. It features a incised 12, fully marked slant logo and Erie PA USA. They developed and ran patterns that ranged from no markings at all, to a fully marked version with raised lettering. This one is special as its rarity to find is high so not many were
