The flour batter is pipped into the oil in spirals, deep fried and soaked in sugar syrup. It is made with all purpose flour, sugar, flavored with saffron and cardamom, topped with pista and almonds. Our batter used for making jalebis is made to undergo a treatment, which gives them incredibly unique lemony taste and makes them nutritious.
