RUFFLE SHORTS PATTERN Different types of yarn areThis fun pattern allows you to knit rather quickly low waist shorts that are reminiscent of vintage ruffle knickers. You will need 15mm (US size 19) needles, a small amount of 2mm elastic thread and ribbon like material. I used recycled silk sari.
