醸造方法：フォッサティという約10百年前からある単一畑から収穫したブドウを使用し、22℃〜29℃で発酵を12日間、22℃という一定温度で30日間マセレーション行います。その後、マロラクティック発酵を22℃で15日間、熟成はスラヴォニア産オーク樽（4500Ｌ）で4年間、瓶内熟成6ヶ月間。土壌が砂質を適量含むことから、芳しい花や赤い果物の香りを感じるワインに仕上がっています。
