For six months, we macerated hand foraged, wild grown, Macedonian juniper in neutral spirit. We then distilled that macerate with additional juniper and a dash of New Zealand grown orris root. With lifted pine resin and fresh citrus leaping out of the glass; bright floral notes and earthy undertones add complexity. This is a real juniper lovers gin. 500mL 48%ABV
