醸造方法：それぞれのブドウは完全に熟した時に別々に収穫され、短い期間のマセレーションが行われます。発酵は果皮との接触なしで15℃～24℃で行われ、温度を下げることにより発酵を終わらせます。澱引き後、熟成はスラヴォニア産とアリエ産のオーク樽で約4ヶ月間行った後、1ヶ月間ボトル内で熟成されます。
