Dry River Gewurztraminer 2023/24 The Deacon - Dave BrookesThe nose is unmistakable and quintessential of its variety; highly perfumed with hints of ginger and lychee, apricot jam, nectarine and orange marmalade. But also stone fruit compote, fruit chutney and bee pollen. The array of aromatics is present and can be overwhelming. The fruit impact is immediate with orange marmalade, lemon and ginger mixed with rumtopf style preserved fruit on show on the palate. All revolves around the middle of the palate
