We added a hefty dose of Hayhoe Vista in the dry hop along with some of our hand-selected Sabro

We love how these two hop varieties intermingle in this beer

This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend. For this batch, we are highlighting Rakau hops from Freestyle.
