Onannon Mornington Pinot Noir vintage_2021 Ben and Sarah plan toProducer Onannon is the project of three passionate winemakers: Sam Middleton, Kasper Hermann and Will Byron. The three met working as young winemakers at Coldstream Hills and have all gone on to have succesful careers individually. Sam Maddleton's family owns and runs the iconic Yarra winery and vineyard Mount Mary, and he has been in charge of winemaking and viticulture there since 2009. Kasper Hermann also works alongside Sam at Mount Mary. Will
