Oxygen Regulator Kegging / Dispensing Mounting screws not includedOxygen is a key component to a healthy start to your ferment. Other methods of aerating your wort either require exhausting amounts of shaking a carboy, or "fish pump" methods that risk contamination. By using pure oxygen you reduce the amount of time needed to about 1 2 minutes, and limit the possibility of contamination. Using the pure oxygen regulator will allow you to reach the proper amount of oxygen in your beer for your yeast.
