Dow's Fine Ruby was aged in seasoned oak casks at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia for an average of 3 years

90% Cabernet Sauvignon

The tequila is distilled to proof at 48% and bottled without filtration or dilution

Crushed red berries and plum offset by toasted oak on the palate combine to give a light and refreshing option with classic structure and fine tannins on the finish

Thats why our tequila is still produced at the same distillery where Don Cenobio began everything back in 1873 La Perseverancia. Our agave is hand selected only when perfectly ripe. We fresh press our agave, extracting the juice before it is cooked, resulting in reduced bitterness and a crisp, agave forward flavor.
