Arthur Russell 'Untitled (Between Two Points)' abstract art he juxtaposes a judge withArthur Russell had two passions in life: art, and pedagogy. He grew up in Wickepin, along the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. This experience of landscape suffuses his work, which is often set under a broad sun, shadows casting dramatic silhouettes. In the striking Untitled (Between Two Points), Russell envisions a nude figure suspended between two boulders. The configuration is poetic, a visual metaphor for being caught between a rock and hard place.
