Vin Vault Cabernet Sauvignon Size:3L Fonseca Bin no 27 spendsVin Vault Cabernet Sauvignon begins with notes of toasted brown spice and black cherry. On the palate, this Cabernet mingles dark fruit flavor with vanilla spice to create rounded tannins, a nice structure and a long, pleasing finish. Fermentation occurred at warm temperatures on the skins for optimal color, flavor and tannin extraction. After fermentation, the wine was aged with exposure to a unique blend of oaks to preserve the fresh fruit aromas
