Rob Dolan True Colours Sauvignon Blanc Chablis Eighteen months in oak revealCrafted with a combination of destemmed and whole bunch fruit, this Sauvignon Blanc is fermented cool in a mix of stainless steel and first and second use French oak (50%), with half spending six months in barrel for added depth. Pale lemon with a green tinge, the nose is an aromatic medley of passionfruit, guava, and pineapple. The palate is crisp and lively, offering notes of lemongrass and crunchy apple, with a refreshing, mouth watering finish.
