Scarce early 19th century engraved thematic map, with original outline hand color. Title refers to mathematical limitations but the meaning of this theme is mysterious and unknown to me. Nice looking example, pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Sheet Measures c. 7 7 8" H x 9 5 8" W. Engraved Area Measures c. 6 1 8" x 8 5 8". B15925
