Delamere Estate Pinot Noir Muscat The co-fermented viognier adds aHand harvested from blocks aged 24 to 43 years, this Pinot Noir incorporates roughly 30% whole bunches across all ferments. Fruit was gently handled in open top fermenters with hand plunging to extract colour and build harmonious tannin structure.
