Responsive, high torque at all speeds, powerful and quiet. This wheel is part of the Shimpo range of Whisper quiet wheels which are not just quiet, but QUIET. You can actually throw and hear yourself think at the same time. The exterior of the RK 3D is compact and solid, it resembles the older compact RK 10 (the RK 10 is now discontinued), but that's where the similarities end. This
