Tsunehisa VG10 Tsuchime Nakiri Handle:Pakka wood Yo A very slick mid sized

A very slick mid sized petty finished to an excellent standard and with a quality handle

The usuba is a vegetable prep knife traditionally sharpened with a single bevel and this version is designed for primarily for right handed use although we generally find the profile is still close enough to double bevel that it can be used by left handers too

A tall blade shows off even more of this lightweight nakiri's wonderful shimo "frost" pattern and the thin blade will make short work of your vegetables

This honing rod is approximately 8-10

Everything about this little knife is a joy

Tsunehisa VG10 Tsuchime Nakiri Handle:Pakka wood Yo A very slick mid sizedOne of our favourites because the size of the blade shows off that patterning perfectly. Vegetables almost slice themselves out of fear when in the presence of this one!
