Deep Woods Reserve Shiraz ABV 13.0% these grapes are hand-harvested inWith fruit sourced from Deep Woods' first planting in 1987, and partly from a nearby mature vineyard. The winery's arsenal includes whole bunches, cold soaks, and partial barrel fermentation, followed by a 14 month maturation period in the finest French barrels. Deeply coloured, it is full bodied but dazzlingly light on its feet in the finish and aftertaste, with fruit, tannins, and wood all on the same page.
