A. R. Lenoble Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Chouilly 2012 750ml RNDC rich and sumptuously smokyThe grand cru village of Chouilly is renown for its broad, rich expression of Chardonnay, found in this bottle. One quarter of the base wine is aged in oak providing for added richness, 35% reserve wine adds to the wine's complexity and five years on lees delivers silky finesse. Dosage is 2 g L. The 'Millesime' has a precise structural focus which complements the savory, engulfing taste profile. A white aura surrounds the wine.
