Konosuke HD2 Gyuto 225mm Included Saya:Leather Friction Fit with an outstanding finish andA mid sized gyuto with a laser profile and ideal for a wide range of jobs as your daily driver. The iconic HD2 knives by Konosuke are well known for being laser thin and razor sharp.
