Water Planter NA-FEB-05-25 and the rush seat's textureObject is exactly as shown. This substantial planter, hailing from China, echoes the simple, robust forms of traditional utilitarian pottery. Its wide, softened rim and gently tapered body suggest a history of honest labor and quiet use. The hand finished textured surface speaks to early craft and enduring materials. Originally purposed for water collection or agricultural storage, this vessel today offers a profound sense of rootedness and heritage.
