This Pieris japonica selection has bright red new growth over top of variegated green and white foliage. The red new growth fades to a pink, then to a silver, hence the name 'Flaming Silver'. The long fragrant blooms of this 'Flaming Silver' pieris japonica cultivar only adds to this beauty. Pieris japonica 'Flaming Silver' may reach 4 6 ft in height and width in 10 years.
