Otago cherries are macerated in Cardrona's excellent single malt spirit to give a decadent, luscious dram that is wonderful served neat, on the rocks, or as an extra addition to your favourite cocktail. Try adding a small amount to whisky instead of red vermouth for a variation on a Manhattan or Rob Roy.
