Leonardslee Gin Accessories and a refreshing palate ofDistilled from our very own Leonardslee family Vineyards fruit, this truly unique gin achieves its complexity through two separate processes. Traditional copper pot distillation captures piney juniper, warming coriander, and earthy angelica, while low temperature vacuum distillation delivers delicate floral top notes of rose, lavender, and chamomile. The resulting spirit is elegant and fruity, with the base wine providing a comforting hint of apple.
