but here it is turned into a delicate rosé with a little more structure and poise than a very simple pink

Château de Caraguilhes, 'Les Gourgoules', 2024, Corbières (AOP) Cannonau and green citrus'One Liner' Silky, southern French red blackberry, olive and pepper with a fresh, easy glide. Tasting Note Deep ruby with a violet rim. Aromas lean into ripe blackberry and black olive tapenade, with rosemary and cracked pepper in the mix. The palate starts supple and silky, carrying dark cherry, olive and spice; tannins are fine and supportive, keeping the balance tidy. Fresh, zesty finish very drinkable now, especially with something grilled.
